Reservations and acceptance


    The room is considered confirmed only after sending the 30% confirmation deposit. On the day of arrival, check in takes place starting from 3:00 pm; on the day of departure, check out takes place by 10:00 am. Upon arrival, each guest must show, for the purposes of legal obligations, a valid identity document; otherwise it cannot be accepted. This document can be requested in advance to complete the paperwork. We reserve the right to replace the room assigned to the guest with another of equal or higher standard without notice and without an increase in price.


Prices and payment methods


5. The price of the stay is what we communicate in the booking acceptance email.

6. The balance of the stay will be paid in advance by bank transfer or upon delivery of the keys to the facility (cash).


Cancellations

 

7. The cancellation or reduction of an already confirmed booking must be communicated by email to: amodonostro56@gmail.com

8. It is possible to cancel or reduce your reservation, without any charge, up to 20 days before your arrival date.

9. For cancellations or reductions in the stay communicated less than 20 days before the arrival date, the confirmation deposit will not be refunded.

11. If the guest arrives but does not want to stay in the B&B he is required to pay the full amount of the stay.

12. If the guest arrives and requests to shorten their stay they are required to pay the full amount of the confirmed stay.

13. It is possible to option additional days at a cost of €10 per day, in case of extension of the stay, the amount will be deducted.

Our apartments are located in a strategic position for those who need to go to Rho Fiera, IRCCS Galeazzi Hospital - Sant'Ambrogio or to visit Milan. The Galeazzi hospital is only 900 meters away on foot and is served by a convenient shuttle that takes you to the Rho Fiera Milano station. On the ground floor, enjoy a tasty breakfast at the "A Modo Mio" Bar. Our guests have a 20% discount on breakfast.

REVIEWS

Excellent house, new, clean and beautiful, welcoming with very spacious rooms, with two very comfortable double beds, large flat screen TV, nice large wardrobe and perfectly functioning air conditioners. The bathroom is beautiful with a large shower, characterized by a refined and elegant design! The structure is very close to the bus stop which takes you to the Red metro in a few minutes, so you can get around easily. A note of great merit goes to the staff and managers of the structure, Nicolò and Cristina, who I had the opportunity to meet and talk to, exceptional and extremely helpful people, who welcomed us very well with kindness, education and affability, and have made it excellent, already humanly, our stay in Milan. Furthermore, they also run a bar-restaurant with a beautiful, very large room where we had breakfast with very high quality products at modest prices! What can I say, a structure that I recommend to everyone with an excellent quality-price ratio. I will definitely return.

The apartment is very sunny but all the windows have blackout curtains if you want sleep late. The kitchen is fully equipped. The proximity to the Galeazzi hospital was very important for us (10 minutes walk). minutes walk. We will definitely be back!
